What is nutrition? Nutrition is basically everything we consume that contributes to our health. Nutrition is all the minerals, vitamins and foods that supply the basic needs for our lives. Everyone wants good health. The key to good health is to exersise regularly and eat as much fruit, vegies, fish etc. It is that simple. You do not however need to completely cut out all the sugar and fat content from your diet. It is important to just keep this intake to a minimum.

If you do lack in any of these elements it can result into a negative outcome on your body, causing health issues.The primary element in maintaining a healthy nutritional balance is your diet. For the human body to guard itself from illness its is important to maintain Good Health.
